Influence for Good Award added to the AiMCO Awards

The AiMCO Awards portfolio of awards has grown to twenty-one with the new inclusion of the ‘Influence For Good Award’ sponsored by Soup Pro.

This special talent award is aimed at recognising creators that use their influence for a worthy cause, either backed by a brand or through pro-bono work.

The new award is sponsored by Soup Pro, a specialist division of Sydney based influencer marketing agency Social Soup, and is designed to support the growing impetus of social media being used for advocacy by brands, charities, causes and creators.

Soup Pro provides full-service solutions that build strategic, bespoke partnerships connecting brands and expert creators that have affinity with their target audience. AiMCO is thrilled to have Soup Pro on board as a sponsor of the AiMCO Awards.

The Influence for Good is the one award category within the AiMCO Awards portfolio that can be for pro-bono or donated work including causes that creators/influencers are passionate about as well as paid partnerships for brands that support a good cause.

Sharyn Smith CEO of Social Soup said,

“We are thrilled to be part of the inaugural AiMCO Awards celebrating the incredible achievements of the Australian influencer marketing community. Our Soup Pro division are proud to champion social influence and its immense power to effect positive change together with the great work of AiMCO in guiding best practice in the industry.

We are seeing a huge shift towards more inclusive, socially responsible and purpose-driven campaigns through brands and organisations collaborating with influencers and are extremely proud to support an award that recognises the work of creators in using their creativity and platform for a good cause.”

The AiMCO Awards are spread across four categories:

Campaign Awards – focused on campaign data and effectiveness

Industry awards – focused on large and boutique businesses working in the social influencer marketing space; an award for a Technology Platform, and also one for an individual showing great potential – the AiMCO Trailblazer Award

Talent Awards – seven awards in total specifically for creators and influencers who can enter work posted on any of the 4 main creator platforms, plus one for Creator Collabs, Niche Creators and now also the new Influence for Good award.

AiMCO Most Influential Award is the pinnacle award judged from the twenty awards.
